Internal Complaint

SRIET is committed to provide secure place for study and work. The Internal Complaint Committee of SRIET has been formed to prevent, protect and redressal of Discrimination & Sexual Harassment against women employees & students in the campus. The Institute will maintain the privacy and confidentiality as mandated under law. College ensures that the complainant and accused will get the equal opportunity to presenting / defending their side. In case of wrong complaint / information, the complainant will subject to disciplinary action.

Process for Complaint Inquiry:

Complaints can be reported in writing to any of the Committee member and the member who received the complaint should bring notice to the committee within 24 hours of receiving it.
The complaint must be reported within 15 days from the date of incident. This could be extended to one month in case extraordinary circumstances.
The committee will enquire the complaint and complete the process not exceeding 90 days from the date of complaint.
The findings and recommendations will then forward to the management for further action.
