Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA)

The institute Empaneled in Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA), Centre for Rural Development and Technology to build an understanding of the development agenda within institutes of Higher Education and an institutional capacity and training relevant to national needs, especially those of rural India.

The following activities are carried out the under the SRIET UBA unit.

Conducted the village survey and household at adopted villages.
Conducted plastic awareness program at adopted villages.
Conducted Election Awareness campaign

Institution adopted five villages under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) Scheme. The group of students along with faculty members have visited adopted villages and taken village survey & household survey. Faculty members and students are collected the community issues during the survey. Faculty members and students are encouraged to provide the technological solutions to the issues with the help of science and technology. Faculty members also submit their ideas as proposal to the recognized bodies. Institution conducted various awareness programs related to social issues such as plastic awareness campaign, digital economy, and etc.
